Economy:
- Cost: 7 CHF
- Timing: within 3 working days, for orders placed within 1 pm
- Tracking code: shipping is equipped with a tracking code.
Shipping Economy it's free for orders over 100 CHF!
Priority:
- Cost: 9 CHF
- Timing: within 2 working days, for orders placed within 1 pm
- Tracking code: shipping is equipped with a tracking code.
Delivery within 2 working days is guaranteed only on weekdays and for orders placed before 1 pm.
The shipping costs, when provided, are always borne by the customer even in case of return.
The delivery times indicated are not binding, the partners shall endeavor to meet delivery times. Should be exceeded under any circumstances is the right to cancel the order, to compensation or compensation for delay.
Unless otherwise stated, we reserve the right to perform complete or partial deliveries. In case of partial delivery, the shipping charges will be billed once the price charged for a full delivery.

Making the return of purchased products
If your product has a defect or it doesn't satisfy, you can make a return request within 14 days, by contacting our staff via e-mail info@justbijoux.com, indicating the order number and the reason for return. We send you by email the return form and you have to fill out in and attach it to the parcel, which must be returned to the following address, only after receiving the authorization by Just Bijoux staff:

The shipping costs for the return shall be borne by the customer.
If the return request is accepted by the staff, who will evaluate carefully the case, we will proceed with the refund based on the payment method used by the user, within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of the parcel. The shipping costs for the purchase of the object will not be reimbursed.
Warning: we give great freedom to make but before you start the application for authorization is necessary to know the terms and conditions displayed on the site to expedite the process and avoid breaching the terms valid for the return.

For safety reasons, we don't deliver that address as PO boxes.
The delivery is deemed made at the moment in which the product is made available to the customer from the conveyor.
Parcels are generally sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment and are delivered without a signature request. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. The tracking code service is provided by our partners and is therefore not attributable directly to us.
The shipping costs include operating expenses and packaging and postage. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, so the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk.
