The jewelry that you saw may be terminated or in sets. For any inquiries, please contact us via email: we will give you all the informations and we will try to satisfy your needs.

I forgot to add an item to my order: how can I do?

Be very careful in ordering, because when the order is concluded, it can not be changed. So, you will have to make a second order.

When my order will be ship?

Normally, we try to fulfill all orders within 24 hours of receipt. In Switzerland, the parcel is taken over by Swiss Post and delivered within a maximum of 3/4 days from shipment, but you can also select the fast shipping in 1 day. More information in the shipping page. For orders over 100 CHF, the Economy shipping is free.

Can I track the delivery of my parcel?

If you choose a shipping method that provides the code track, you can track the journey of your order. In Switzerland, both shipping methods provide for the track code.

Which payment methods are accepted?

How can I make a return?

Within 14 days of receiving the product, you can return the ordered item. Before any return, you must follow the application procedure. After contacting the staff at info@justbijoux.com email, we will sent you a return form, that you have to complete and attach to order you would like to return. What if a jewel is damaged?

The products are subjected to a careful quality control before shipment. However, if the product received is damaged, you can request permission to return within 14 days of receipt of the product.

How can I use the discount codes?
